Together with established traditional methodologies, the Fund intends to use digital technology based solutions to ensure transparent Participatory Evaluation. Participatory Evaluation provides for active involvement of those in the evaluation process who have a stake in the project: providers, partners, beneficiaries and other interested parties. It takes place throughout all phases of evaluation: planning and design, implementation, operation, M&E and disseminating results.
